3 ways to have your stylist going all out for You!
As a client, you want to make sure that you are easy to work with in order to make sure that your hair comes out the way you would want it to
Here are 3 ways you can help your stylist help you!
#1 COME PREPARED
It’s important to look over the rules and guidelines that hairdressers respectfully put out and follow their guidelines! Many times there are steps that need to be completed before an appointment like a down payment, hair wash prior to appointment, and so much more.
- CHECK your hairstylists’ page or website prior to booking your hair appointment
- COMPLETE all steps necessary in order to continue with your appointment
- KEEP yourself busy with conversation, reading, a Netflix show, etc.
#2 BE PUNCTUAL
As a hairstylist, money is time and time is money! So, make sure that you arrive at your appointment at least 10 minutes early in order for you to get prepped and settled in. Also, it just shows a sign of respect for your hairstylist and motivates them to put that extra work into their craft!
- Arrive to your appointment ON TIME
- Give your hairstylist a heads up BEFORE walking into the salon
- Come in READY to sit in the chair
#3 REMAIN POSITIVE
Now you want to make sure that when you're dealing with your hairstylist, you get what you paid for, BUT you also want to make sure that you remain respectful and less naggy.
- Let the hairstylist WORK!
- Be PATIENT while your hair is being done
- TRUST your hairstylist
